Facilitators Guide

Introduction

  • Brief fellowship/catch up with each other.
  • State agenda: such as, “Tonight, we will cover chapters 3-5 spending no more than 15 minutes per chapter.”

For EACH chapter:

  • Ask members for quotes that were significant to them.
  • Ask the group to narrow down to 3-6 key points of the chapter.
  • Try to identify the main purpose of the chapter (usually an expansion of the chapter title).
Closing
  • Based on the reading section, each person can share what they think God wants from them regarding:
    • What they know or understand?
    • What they should decide, or desire, or do?
    • How they will specifically put it into practice?

  • Prayers for each other, specifically about what was shared in the previous step.
  • Assign next reading chapters and a volunteer to facilitate.
